Intellect means accepting any thought by considering well. Any work should be done by knowing its bad or good consequences in the brain after that the work should be done. Always use your intellect for the welfare and progress of the society. Intellect has been divided into three parts in the ‘Geeta’.
Sattvika intellect-
Pravrattima cha nivratima cha kary kayen bhayabhaye
Bandhamam mokchama cha ya veti, budhdi saa partha satviki
Viz. the intellect should be used for own and country progress. The mind, which is used for taking knowledge about the progress-decadence, duty-without duty, fear-fearless and bond-salvation, is called sattvika intellect.
Rajasi  intellect-
Yatha dharmam adharmam cha karyama cha akaryama avam cha
Ayathavata prajatati budhdih sa partha rajasi
Viz. the intellect because of which a person does not know about the reality of religion-irreligion, duty and irresponsibility is called kingly (rajasi) intellect.
Tamsi intellect-
Adharma, dharma miti ya manyate tamasa vrita
Sarvardhan nviparitaran cha buddhi sa partha tamasi
Viz. the intellect, which has different types of bad thoughts and considers irreligion as religion and sin as virtue is known by the name of tamasika intellect. Therefore, the person should collect good thoughts in the intellect by removing bad thoughts.

11. God worship-
Lodging God in any form in the internal soul with the belief and complete belief is called worship of God. Worship of God with fruits and flowers brings pureness in the behavior and modesty of the human. Love feeling increases in the human being and ego and anger end. Goswami Tulsidasa Ji says while describing God worship that worshipping God by winning worldly and supernatural selfishness is called God worship.
Purushartha swartha sakal, parmarath parinam
Sulabha sidhdi sava sahini sumarita sita rama.
God Shri Krishana says about the result of God worship in the ‘Gita’ -
Ananya chintyanta, mam ye janah paryavasate
Tesham nityabhiyuktanaam, yoga kshemam vahami aham
Here it means to say that the devotee, who is infinite devotee and he keeps on remembering God viz I is true devotee and I accept his worship and contemplation.

12. Lajja (shame)-
Shame is that feeling of human mind, which is felt inside of the person while doing something wrong. Sometimes, a person avoids from committing any bad work due to this feeling. The feeling, which originates at the time of doing bad work, is called Lajja (shame). It is such type of feeling of the mind, which saves the character from deterioration in the form of direct and indirect.

In Bhakti Sagar Granth, Shri Swami Charan Das has told describing the Lajja-
We should shame from the saints and teachers and should follow the order of the teachers and saints with body, mind and speech. We always should keep shame in our eyes after abandoning the bad deeds. Therefore, the person, who does the practice of yoga, should keep feeling of the shame in the character.

13. (Japa) (Repetition of the name of prayer to a deity)-
Japa means remembering God. Pray of God or repetition of (japa) of God’s names is called (japa). Japa is completed by of speaking and in the mind. According to ‘yoga darshana’, stopping the inconstancy of the mind and concentrating on the God and soul is called adoration. Therefore, Japa is important in yoga because someone gets success in stability of the mind easily and immediately. God shri krishana says about the Japa in the ‘Geeta’-
Maharshi bhraguh ahama girama, asami akam aksharam
Yagyanam japayagyah asami sthavaranam himalaya

That is to say, Lord shri Krishana told that Japa is the great sacrifice in all the types of yogas. According to scholars, there are three kinds of Japa-
Bekhari Japa-
In this Japa, jap is done by speaking OM kar mantra loudly, Japa is done. In this, mantras sound is spoken for the self and others. In the beginning of Japa, it is done by the bhekhari voice.
Upansujaya japa-
In this japa, mantras are not read loudly. The mantras are read in the mind in this japa. The lips are moved while doing this japa but voice does not bring out from the mouth. This is that adoration, which is done in the mind.
Mental japa-
It has been considered that this japa is very important in the granthas. The sound of this japa is present in the navel (mani purak chakra). In it, the sound of the mantras keeps on echoing in the body. The person has a need of the determination and patience to reach toward this activity. It has been considered that high position in the mental yoga is japa. Mental japa makes the mind and soul holy and it generates spiritual feeling in the mind, which carry to the human being towards the progress of progress.

14. Havan (sacrificial ladle)-
Havan is such type of Sadhna in which someone worships of all the deities. Havan is done in all the types of auspicious and inauspicious works, and it is considered that any sacrifice does not complete without havan (sacrifice ladle). Havan has been considered very important in Hindu religion and a big example of it as- group havan (sacrifice ladle) of Holy. According to an opinion, there are 16 types of rituals from the birth to the death and havan is essential in all the rituals. People of arya society used to worship fire.

Description of the benefit, which originate due to Havana, and harms, which originate due to without Havana, has been given in the ‘Geeta’ as-
Yagyashishtamrut bhuja yanti, sanat nama
Na ayam loka asti apgynsya kutah anyah kurutam
That is to say, God becomes happy by that person, who sacrifices (yagya). The person, who does not do yagya, does not get pleasure on the earth; he also should not think that he will get pleasure in the brahma lok.  Ghee is used in havan (sacrifice ladle) or casting the ghee in the fire generates feeling of abandonment and consecration.

There is a scientific benefit of sacrifice ladle that pouring ghee in the fire makes the air pure and reduces the quantity of carbon dioxide because of that the environment becomes calm and pure.
