2. Satya (Truth)-
Satya is the main base of the development of soul.  No cheating and deceiving any one is satya. Behave well with all the person is satya. Satya originates in the world. According to Mahatma Gandhi, ‘satya is paramatma (God) and paramatama is satya’. Just as fire makes the metal pure by burning it in the same way, the fire in the form of satya purifies intrapsychical soul. God likes those persons, who speak only truth all the time. God gives the chance to sit to such types of persons close by Him and such types of persons take birth as incarnation of God. Satya is the last truth of the world and all the yogis should do satya karma (just deeds).  Therefore, great importance has been given to truth in yoga.

3. Asateya (not stealing)-
Using nothing of other persons for your benefits is asateya (incarnation). Using any thing of other persons or keeping any thing of other person for many days without permission or keeping anything of other person in place of returning that thing is asateya. Finishing your mistakes, misconduct with other person, misuse of things of other person, disarrangement and cheating internally is called asateya. Adopting asateya provides not only mental peace but also it purifies the person internally. A person can remain far from the social evils and depression after its adoption. Hence, practitioner of yoga (the person, who does the practice of yoga) should adopt asateya by abandoning internal greed.

4. Brahamacharya (Celibacy)-
Yogi (the person, who practices yoga) should follow the rule of brahanacharya celibacy. According to some yoga Gurus, abandoning all the types of coition of the mind, voice and body in any condition and avoiding sperm count in all the conditions is brahamacharya (celibacy). According to Maharshi Pantajali, restraining body, voice and mind is called brahamacharya. Brahamacharya is partially related with house life or conjugal life. Remaining unmarried is not necessary for getting salvation because he can make sexual relationship with wife to beget children, not for sexual enjoyment. Thus, brahamacharya rules can be followed during familial life. Subjugating only bad and dirty thoughts, which originate in the mind and brain, is brahamacharya for yoga.

5. Aprigraha- (renunciation)
Abandoning the desire of gathering anything is known as aparigraha (renunciation). Any person should not gather many substances than the need, because many things are not needed at one time. There is a fear of losing things in the mind of people if many things are collected.
God completes the needs of all people at proper time so why should we gather many substances than the need. The person, who follows the renunciation, stays always happy in which there is no fear or disbelief.
The life of a person is full of grief, pain, confusion and despair and because of this reason; there is restlessness in his mind all the time. Unfulfilled desires or excessive

substances and fear of losing things are the causes behind it.
Therefore, not gathering many substances than the need or following the rules of apagiraha (renunciation) is called apigraha (renunciation). Persons, who follow apigiraha (renunciation), remain calm, happy and satisfied.

Such persons do not come in the trap of worldly illuforgiveness), dhratsion and circle of sadness. Their mind remains calm and cool. There are some other yoga rules besides these five rules as- kshama (i, daya (kindness), aarjava and mitahar (temperance).

  3. You’re probably already aware how much a professional massage at a spa or health club can help reduce stress, relieve pain, and ease muscle tension. What you may not be aware of is that you can experience some of the same benefits at home or work by practicing self-massage, or trading massages with a loved one.

Try taking a few minutes to massage yourself at your desk between tasks, on the couch at the end of a hectic day, or in bed to help you unwind before sleep. To enhance relaxation, you can use aromatic oil, scented lotion, or combine self-message with mindfulness or deep breathing techniques.
